We are hoping that everyone enjoyed their 4th of July weekend. We were pretty busy. Aubrey had his first trip to Galveston and seemed to enjoy the beach, water and waves. We only spent about an hour outside on the beach cause it was pretty hot. We had a great time visiting with friends.
Aubrey is officially 8 months old today! I can't believe it...I'm sure I say that every month though. He's doing new things like rocking back and forth on all fours....mabye thinking about crawling. He's still trying new finger foods slowly. He makes a funny face with any new flavor/texture. He likes the Wagon Wheels from Gerber right now. He seems like he's gained more weight these last few months, but I don't have a specific weight for him. We'll get that at his 9 month check up. He had another ear infection this past month but has seemed to recover fine. He sleeps most nights from about 7-7. He smiles, laughs, babbles, bangs objects, scoots, whines, puts things in his mouth, sits up and is just too cute.
